Gary Vaynerchuk is the best motivator out there. He is an expert at marketing via social media and owns a company called VaynerMedia. He keep things real with his audience and is not afraid to tell people the cold, hard truth. I highly recommend diving into his content, whether it be his podcasts, vlogs or public speaking events.
