Simon Sinek is the person that introduced me to the idea of an infinite game and is one of my favorite thought leaders. His goal is to “find, celebrate and teach leaders how to build platforms that will inspire others.”
Simon currently has the 3rd most watched TedTalk of all time entitled How Great Leaders Inspire Action. I highly recommend watching this video, which has 35 million views on Ted.com.
In the video, Simon brings up the idea of the Golden Circle. The main idea of this theory is that when you present a business or even yourself, you should always start with the your “why” for doing something, then explain “how” you do it and finish by stating “what” your product is.
